Uh, yeah it got game of the year from Gamespot who has been known multiple times to have take bribes to rate games higher than they actually are(i.e. GTA 4 being 9.5 and going to 10). Any shooter that has more than 1 way to instantly kill someone is a kid’s game. The xbox live community is basically a bunch of mentally handicapped 4 year olds anyways. If you want a real shooter go buy Counter-Strike 1.6 for PC it’s only $9.99. Game of the Year should have gone to better games like Elder Scrolls and Zelda that year, and it mostly did except Gamespot.
Now that I put that matter aside, where the hell is the new show?

You know what else is 9.99? Counterstrike: Source, you old dirty bastard.
ok ok it won game of year from other site too and even if u not think it deserve game of year there no deny it still great game. check any gaming website they all give it great score (xbox 360). one things that not great about gears of war is the story and a few glitches online. but hey counter strike have many hacks right?? btw mentally handicap 4 year old not be able to play xbox let alone do anything!
The only reason GoW got good ratings was because it was the first decent shooter on 360. PC > Xbox anyways
Also CS 1.6 > CSS.
And about hacking is CS it’s not a huge problem anymore, and btw GoW has a glitch called Crabwalking which is the stupidest shit ever.
I cannot stand anybody who claims 1.6 is better than source. It’s a retarded argument formulated from elitist CS players who are convinced any change to their game is the worst.
If by changes you mean making the game easier than yes I’m convinced the changes are for the worst.
If by making it easier you mean easier to see and distinguish character models, then I think that’s an important change.
By making it easier to play I mean that the recoil on the guns are considerably lower in Counter-Strike: Source and there is almost no stun when you get shot.
And btw, I play cs 1.6 on 640×480 Resolution to make crosshairs the smallest possible so if you have trouble distinguishing between Character Models you must be horrible.
